All projects require an agreed-upon upfront payment. Remaining balances are due upon project completion or as per the contract. Late payments may incur additional fees.
All content, designs, and code created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After full payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless stated otherwise.
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any information shared with us for the purpose of service execution will not be shared or sold to third parties.
Project timelines are estimates and may change depending on project scope, client feedback, and external factors. Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of content, feedback, or approvals) are not our responsibility.
We allow a limited number of revisions as part of the agreed scope. Additional changes or features beyond the original scope will be billed separately.
We reserve the right to terminate any project or service if the client breaches the terms, including non-payment or misuse of the delivered service.
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss, downtime, or loss of business opportunities.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
